Brooke’s Point VM candidate Maryjean Feliciano shares Gina Lopez video as a reminder to voters

Brooke’s Point vice mayoralty candidate Maryjean Feliciano has invoked the memory of the late Environment Secretary Gina Lopez to help voters make the proper choice in the polls.

In a Facebook post, Feliciano shared a video of Lopez where the latter showed the damage to natural resources caused by mining and other destructive activities.

Lopez said these activities could not be allowed to go on anymore.

Feliciano said it was important for voters to watch the video as it would help them decide when they vote.

Their choice is between money on one hand, and mother nature and the country’s future on the other, she said.

“Isang maiksing video ni Ms. Gina Lopez, napakahalaga po na mapanood ito ng lahat ng taga Brookes Point sa loob at labas ng bansa at maging isa sa basehan ng ating magiging desisyon sa darating na halalan. Dalawa po ang pagpipilian, pera o kalikasan at kinabukasan ng ating bayan?” Feliciano posted.
