Legazpi Councilor Vince Baltazar is in full support of the gubernatorial bid of Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal.

In a Facebook post, Baltazar said he is going for Rosal for the sake of his children and their children.

He wants a leader who will protect their generation and given them a better future, he said.

And for him, Rosal is the best choice!

“For so long, atlast people of albay have a choice..

Personally i choose Noel Ebriega Rosal coz its my duty and responsibility to my Children and childrens children that i will choose a Leader that will lead and protect their generation to a better future!
