Albay Gov. Al Francis Bichara says 84 percent have received at least one dose

Albay Gov. Al Francis Bichara is thankful for the improving numbers in the province’s COVID-19 vaccination drive.
In a Facebook post, Bichara said the province has vaccinated 84 percent of Albayanons with at least one dose.
On the other hand, 75 percent of the population is now fully vaccinated, he said.
He thanked the volunteers and the vaccination teams for this achievement.
