Respect remains between him and political rival, says Naujan Mayor Mark Marcos

Even though they’re from rival political parties, things are well between Naujan Mayor Mark Marcos and former municipal administrator Bobie Navarro.
In a Facebook post, Marcos said he and Navaro saw each other again when they stood as sponsors in a wedding.
It had been a long time since they got together, so they took the opportunity to catch up and take photos.
Even though Navarro is running for mayor against the candidate fielded by Marcos’ political party, Marcos said their respect for each other remains.
They’re like brothers, he said.
Wish we could say the same of other political rivals!
