Palawan gets relief aid from Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry

The province of Palawan has received relief goods from the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) intended for the victims of Typhoon Odette.

The turnover was held on the last day of 2021.

“Ang mga ito ay kinapapalooban ng bigas, noodles, kape, canned goods, gatas at energy drink bilang pansamantalang suporta sa mga biktima ng matinding kalamidad,” the Palawan Provincial Information Office said.

“Sa pamamagitan naman ni G. Jeff Armedilla, pangulo ng Palawan Chamber of Commerce and Industry kasama ang iba pang miyembro nito ay personal nilang ipinagkaloob ang kanilang tulong,” it added.

The project was realized through the partnership of the Puerto Princesa Chamber of Commerce and El Nido Chamber of Commerce.

“Malugod naman na tinanggap nina Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Abigail Ablaña (kaliwa) kasama sina Provincial Information Officer Atty. Christiam Jay V. Cojamco (gitna) at G. Cruzalde Ablaña, assistant PDRRMO bilang kinatawan ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ang tulong mula sa samahan ng mga negosyante sa bansa at lalawigan,” said the PIO.
