BM Arevalo tells Masbatenos to adhere to health protocols
Masbate Senior Provincial Board Member Jason Arevalo reminded Masbatenos not to be complacent as the province recently recorded new COVID-19 cases.
Arevalo told the public to adhere to health protocols and not let their guards down.
“After nearly a month of respite, we were told Masbate has registered three (3) new Covid cases. This is no time to throw our caution to the wind,” he said.
“Please mask up. Avoid unnecessary trips outside and crowded and confined spaces. Maintain social distancing. Wash hands frequently with soap. Remember that the shortest distance between the virus and your household is you,” he added.
“Keep safe and God bless everyone,” he continued.
The Philippines has recorded low COVID-19 cases recently but the DOH detected two imported Omicron cases.
