May backer! Former Camarines Sur Rep. Rolando Andaya claims businessman built gas station on CARP land
Former Camarines Sur Rep. Rolando Andaya is shaking his head over the construction of a gasoline station on land covered by the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program in San Fernando, Camarines Sur.
In aFacebook post, Andaya said businessman Neil Gaite apparently has a very powerful backer as he was able to get a business permit and fire safety clearance even if he was allegedly unable to show a building permit.
Andaya, who is running for governor, called on San Fernando residents to open their eyes and refuse to accept such blatant disregard of processes and abusive governance.
He will fight for the betterment of Camarines Sur, he said.
#AlagangAndaya,” Andaya posted.
