Camarines Sur may be facing challenges, but Pili just got a blessing.

Pili Mayor Tom Bongalonta Jr. shared the good news in a Facebook post.

Bongalonta said he received a letter from the Bureau of Treasury informing him that Pili has received P37 million for the construction of the new public market at Old San Roque.

This is one of the priority projects of the government.

The mayor said he is truly grateful for this development.

There is a brighter side to things, and this new project will really benefit the people and help Pili to progress, he said.

It’s what they deserve!

“Our beloved Capital Town of Camarines Sur is truly blessed. Despite of the current situations that we are facing, I received a letter from the Republika ng Pilipinas under the Bureau of Treasury (Kagawaran ng Pananalapi Kawanihan ng Ingatang-Yaman) Regional Office No. V Leagzpi City. It says that the amount of THIRTY SEVEN MILLION PESOS (aside from the 240 million) has been credited to LBP-Pili on NOVEMBER 10,2021. The purpose of this letter cover the financial assistance for the implementation of Priority Programs and Projects needed for annex A, a project entitled CONSTRUCTION OF NEW PUBLIC MARKET AT OLD SAN ROQUE, PILI, CAMARINES SUR.

Padagos dagos man giraray ang PAG ASENSO bilang FIRST CLASS MUNICIPALITY. Dae ninda kita matitinag sa saindang (mapaprobinsya man o igdi sa Pili) pang uulang dahil KAMONG MGA NAMAMANWAAN ANG SAKUYANG PRIYORIDAD,” Bongalonta posted.
