Albay Vice Governor Edcel Grex Lagman has mourned the passing of his Uncle Seti, who was six months short of being a centenarian.

The Vice Governor said that Uncle Seti is the younger brother of Cong. Edcel Lagman’s late father, Dads, which makes Uncle Seti his grandfather.

“Dads was only 86 when he passed away in 2006. So everyone of us was rooting for uncle Seti to celebrate his 100th bday on June 6, 2022 next year,” said the vice governor.

“He would have been the first in both sides of my family to be a centenarian. It was just wasn’t meant to be,” he added.

He also posted the legal documents to show his age.

“Here are his OSCA Hagonoy, Bulacan Senior Citizen’s ID as well as his Certificate of Marriage to his second wife both state his date of birth as June 6, 1922,” said Lagman.
