But San Fernando Councilor Maria Maganda Lañada has found an alternative to seeing a professional therapist.

In a Facebook post, Lañada shared a quote from an anonymous person who said gardening is cheaper than therapy.

And it could also net you tomatoes as well.

She shared a photo of herself with a big smile as she harvested tomatoes.

Looks like gardening worked!
