Odiongan Mayor Trina Fabic whips up healthy meals in quarantine

0

Odiongan Mayor Trina Fabic has to be in quarantine because she is considered a close contact of a COVID-19 positive patient, but this doesn’t mean she’s idle.

In a Facebook post, Fabic shared that she got to use her extra time to sharpen her kitchen skills

She whipped up vietnamese spring rolls with peanut sauce and a kani salad, she said.

She also said that after she learned that she was a close contact, she immediately underwent isolation and scheduled a swab test.

It was better to learn asap if she’s positive or not so that she could protect others, she said.

She urged people not to be afraid to undergo quarantine and testing, as they could take appropriate action if they know their status.

As a bonus, they could practice cooking while isolating!

“Dahil naka quarantine ako (close contact ng 1 nag positive), may konting oras sa kusina.

#VibrantOdiongan,” Fabic posted.
