Odiongan Mayor Trina Firmalo-Fabic asked the government agencies and private establishments in the locality to regulate the movement of their employees as the Delta variant has already been detected in Romblon.

The Delta variant is a more contagious form of COVID-19, which is believed to be driving the cases in the country recently. It was first detected in India.

At huwag nating binababa ito kapag may kausap tayo,” said the mayor.

“Sumunod pa rin sa social distancing. Palaging mag hugas ng kamay o mag alcohol. Salamat po,” she added.
