Warak! DOH Sec. rant reminds Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman of a sexy-action film and a rap song

Health Secretary Francisco Duque III’s rant against the Commission on Audit got Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman thinking of something completely unrelated to health or pandemic matters.
Because of Duque’s complaint about the DOH being “winarak” due to the COA report, the image of Joyce Jimenez and Jomari Yllana came to Lagman’s mind.
The two starred in the sexy action film “Warat” decades ago.
Lagman said he was reminded of the lyrics to Salbakuta’s Stupid Love, which went “wasak na wasak ang puso ni Nasty Mac.”
He even found himself signing these out loud, he said.
At least he got a brief a respite from thinking about pandemic issues!
