Masbate City Mayor Rowena Tuason loves her city, but there’s a special place in her heart for Ticao Island.

In a Facebook post, Tuason shared photos from her visit to Ticao, showing its blue waters and soaring cliffs.

She could not measure her feelings over its beauty and serenity, she said.

She is grateful and proud to be Ticaonon by heart, body and mind, she added.

The mayor is also an island girl!
