Palawan Board Member Ryan Maminta continues tradition of taking a July 28 photo with daughter Sam

Since 2018, Palawan Board Member Ryan Maminta has been taking a photo with his daughter Sam ever July 28.

This year was no different.

In a Facebook post, Maminta shared the four annual July 28 photos he has with Sam.

They showed how much she has grown over the years.

His wish is that in 2022, he would still be there to take the photo.

And his other wish is that there be another baby there with Sam.

Will Sam be a big sister next year?
