Experts from the World Health Organization has warned that the COVID-19 pandemic is not just affecting people’s physical health, according to former Camarines Sur Rep. Rolando Andaya.

It has also adversely affected people’s mental health, said Andaya.

This is why in a Facebook post, Andaya advised the public to remain connected to their loved ones.

This will help them cope with feelings of sadness and anxiety amid the crisis, he said.

He also remains hopeful that people would be able to weather the pandemic.

Andaya posted.
