We can handle Pfizer vaccines, says Legazpi Mayor Noel Rosal

Legazpi City is all ready to accept Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines, according to Mayor Noel Rosal.

In a Facebook post, Rosal shared that the city government has lent the ultra low temperature freezer it has purchased to the Department of Health regional office.

With this freezer, the city can definitely handle the requirements of the Pfizer vaccines.

The freezer can store 140,000 vials, which is equivalent to 840,000 doses.

These would be able to serve the province of Albay, he said.

Theres no reason for Legazpi not to get this in demand vaccine brand!

“Just now…at the Doh5 reg’l office…turn over (borrowed only) of the -70°c to -80°c ultra low temp freezer purchased by our LGU-legazpi city to DOH5 dir Vera…

ready na tayo to accept pfizer vaccines…kaya nitong freezer ng 140,000 vials or 840,000(1vial=6doses) doses…for entire province of albay na ito puede gamitin..keep safe tabi,” Rosal posted.
