The Department of Health Bicol has logged 859 COVID-19 recoveries, pushing the total number of recovered individuals to 13,636.
The Health department also reported 172 new cases, pushing the cumulative cases to 18,762. Active cases are now down to 4,756.

The DOH said that details of newly reported cases are forwarded to concerned Provincial/City/Hospital Epidemiology and Surveillance Units (ESUs) and LGUs.
It added that rleasing of personal information of patients is governed by the provisions of the Data Privacy Act (R.A. 10173).
Meanwhile, there are 6 additional fatalities. Death toll climbed to 643.
“The fight against COVID-19 rests primarily in each individual action. Everyone should take the necessary precautions to protect themselves and others from contracting the virus,” the DOH said.
