OkSi Gov. Gadiano provides cash aid to injured cops

Occidental Mindoro Governor Eduardo Gadiano has ordered to provide cash assistance to the cops who got injured during an encounter with the terrorists last Friday.

“Sa atas ni Governor Ed Gadiano sampu ng Provincial Task Force-ELCAC, iginawad din ang tulong pinansyal para sa ating mga bayaning pulis na nasugatan sa nangyaring pananambang noong Mayo 28, 2021 sa Sitio Bamban, Barangay Nicolas, Magsaysay matapos magsagawa ng Serbisyo Caravan,” the Governor’s office said.

Executive Secretary/AKAP-HUB Focal Person Ryan Gadiano-Sioson and PSWDO Head Sally Lamoca personally turned over the Financial Assitance as well as crutches to PSSg Dexter King Sagun and PSSg Michael Sualog who are currently admitted at the OMPH.

“Nakatakda ring gawaran ng Plake ng Sugatang Magiting at tulong pinansyal ang ibang pa nating pulis na nasugatan sa nasabing pananambang bilang pagpupugay at pasasalamat sa kanilang ‘di matatawarang serbisyo para sa bayan,” said Gadiano’s office.

“Mariing kinukondena ni Governor Ed Gadiano at ng ating pamahalaan ang anumang uri ng karahasan sa Lalawigan ng Occidental Mindoro at nananatili ang kanyang mabuting hangarin sa pagkamit ng pangkalahatang kapayapaan,” it added.

Gadiano also recognized the heroism of PEMS Jonathan B. Alvarez, PSSg Nolito D. Develos Jr. at PCpl Estan T. Gongora who died during an encounter in Sitio Bamban, Barangay Nicolas, Magsaysay.
