Oriental Mindoro Gov. Bonz Dolor seeks simpler process for those wanting to return home to the province

Oriental Mindoro Gov. Bonz Dolor has assured his constituents that he is doing something about the confusion that has arisen from the implementation of the S-PaSS at the ports.

The new practice has made it harder for Oriental Mindoro residents to return home.

In a Facebook post, Dolor said he has brought the matter to the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases and sought a review of the S-PaSS policy and to seek a return of the simpler process implemented before.

He said the Department of Science and Technology has been in touch with his office to discuss his proposal, which would be included in the agenda of the IATF meeting.

He may make an announcement on Monday evening, he said.

Stay tuned!

Stay safe!” Dolor posted.
