As she marked the 63 birthday of Naga’s beloved Mayor Jesse Robredo, Councilor Mila Raquid Arroyo has one wish: to continue his legacy.
In a Facebook post, Arroyo said Robredo was decent, excellent, and loyal.
She hopes this legacy would would continue to live on in Naga.
The city should continue to be beacon, she said.
