“In yesterday’s regular session, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan ng Albay (SPA) honored physician’s licensure examination board topnotcher Dr. Kristian Leonard Orap Orante of Ligao City, Albay. He placed fourth (4th) in said exam.
All Albayanos are naturally honored by his achievement. Fittingly, he was accorded a congratulatory resolution authored by Board Member Eva Ribaya. The same was unanimously approved by the SPA.
Dr. Kristian was invited to personally receive the official citation.
