Mayor Panaligan leads founding anniversary of City College of Calapan

Calapan City Mayor Arnan Panaligan has led the 13th founding anniversary of the City College of Calapan.
Also in attendance during the simple celebration was Chairman of the Commission on Higher Education, J. Prospero de Vera.
De Vera served as the guest speaker during the momentous occasion.
Also present were Cong. Paulino Salvador Leachon, who as City Mayor in 2008, established the City College of Calapan, Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez, City Councilors and department heads.
The staff of the college led by the administrator, Dr. Rene Colocar also graced the activity.
During the occasion, De Vera presented to Panaligan and Dr. Colocar a certification that the City College of Calapan is a Ched recognized Higher Education Institution.
