Oriental Mindoro Governor Humerlito Dolor said that inbound travelers are still required to present negative RT-PCR Test upon entering the province.

The new order is contained in his Executive Order No. 11 series of 2021.

“GENERAL RULE: Requirement ang NEGATIVE RT-PCR Result kapag ang turista ay magmumula sa labas ng Oriental Mindoro,” said the governor.

But the governor’s order provides for an exemption.

Dolor’s order also provides guidelines for ports and vessels.

The IATF earlier ordered a uniform travel protocols across the country, but still subject to rules to be issued by the local government unit of destination.
