Get us online! Catanduanes Gov. Boboy Cua urges PLDT to roll out fiber services, temporary connections
A reliable internet connection is a must, especially during the pandemic when many are working and studying from home.
Catanduanes Gov. Boboy Cua did not pass up the chance to prod PLDT to help the province go online.
A post on Cua’s Facebook page said the governor met virtually with PLDT, which provided him with updates on the rollout of its fiber services in Catanduanes.
Cua asked that this be fast-tracked.
He also asked that the province be allowed to temporarily use the old internet radio equipment of PLDT in hospitals and in the town halls while waiting for the fiber connection.
In these times, nobody could live without an internet connection!
#TindogCatanduanes,” Cua’s page posted.
