Masbate Rep. Kho donates manipulative kits to learners with special education needs
Masbate Rep. Wilton Kho has provided manipulative kits to learners with special education needs.
“The office of Congressman Wilton T. Kho extended help by giving manipulative kits to 7 schools which offer Special Education for the learners with special needs,” said the lawmaker’s office.
According to the solon’s office, the said kits are essential in building the minds of our dear learners and improving their thinking skills.
Representatives from SDO Masbate Province received these kits headed by Sir Rene Atibagos, PSDS and SPED Coordinator.
“Everyone is privileged to attain good education, regardless of who you are, it is a fundamental human right that we need to exercise. Right to education isn’t only for normal people,” Kho’s office said.
“It should be for people or children with special needs as well. Otherwise speaking, special education is what they need,” it added.
The Masbate solon said that learners with special needs like visually impaired, deaf, autistic and any other forms of disability or condition, are way too close to his heart that is why “helping them gives so much satisfaction and genuine happiness.”
“Therefore, we will not stop doing this kind of opportunity to help because everyone truly deserves our service,” the lawmaker’s team said.
