Dog whisperer? Albay Rep. Fernando Tibor Cabredo trains his furry friend

It looks like when he is at home, Albay Rep. Fernando Cabredo takes on a new role: that of dog trainer.
On Facebook, Cabredo shared a video of him training his pet Toby new tricks.
In the video, he was making Toby sit and fetch a toy.
He appeared to be having fun, and described Toby as the stress reliever in their house.
Would he like to be a dog whisperer?
