Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman ate Japanese food for mom
Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman reminisced about the meals he shared with his late mother as he marked her birth anniversary.
In a Facebook post, Lagman shared that his mom liked Japanese food, and he had always taken her out for lunch or merienda when he was in his 40s.
Their meals were usually in a Japanese restauruant, as she loved Japanese food especially sashimi and salmon.
He never told her he preferred Chinese food so as not to spoil her fun, he said.
His mom’s preferences come first for this loving son!
“Happy Birth Anniversary in heaven to my beautiful mom! 🙏😇
She loved Japanese food. When i was in my early 40s, i would always take her out for lunch or merienda. Mostly we would have it in her fave Jap resto. She loved her sashimis. Especially salmon. Haha I never told her i was more of a Chinese food kind of guy. I felt it would spoil her fun. 😆 I miss our many dates…❤️
Visited her this morning with 4 of my 6 kids, to wit: Babu Thomas Jacob, EJ Edcel Jaime,Diego and Lexi. Also with yaya Glenda and driver Jeffrey Mirando Mamuyac.
Mama, we love you very much! Thanks for everything! ❤️,” Lagman posted.
