Occidental Mindoro Rep. Sato visits Lubang town

Occidental Mindoro Rep. Josephine Ramirez-Sato has spearheaded recently the inauguration of several projects in Lubang town.

Sato was joined by other high-ranking officials of the province including Vice Governor Peter Alfaro.

“Sakay ng AFP Bell helicopters, ang ating Cong. Nene Sato kasama si VG Peter Alfaro, Bokal AJ Rebong, Philip Ramirez at Jun Abeleda, ay nagpunta sa bayan ng Lubang isang Linggo bago ang araw ng Pasko, para samahan ang mga lokal na pinuno at mamamayan sa selebrasyon ng natatanging pamaskong handog para sa mga Lubangeño – ang pagpapasinaya ng iba’t-ibang pampublikong proyekto,” the lawmaker’s office said.

Through the cooperation of Lubang Mayor Mike Orayani and Rep. Sato, the following projects have been turned into reality:

1. New Lubang Municipal Building;
2. New Lubang satellite campus building of the Occidental Mindoro State Colleges (OMSC);
3. New 2 floors, 4 classrooms of Lubang Integrated School; and
4. New Bureau of Fire of the Philippines Lubang headquarters;

“Pinangunahan din ni Cong. Nene at Mayor Mike ang pagkakaloob sa mga benepisyaryo ng 15 Cadastral at 10 Agricultural Land Titles,” Sato’s office said.

“Sa kanyang pagbisita sa Lubang, nagkaloob din ang Cong. Nene ng educational assistance sa 200 scholars ng Stella Maris School,”it added.

With these projects, Rep. Sato expects Lubang to improve and further develop.

“Ito ang kongkretong bunga ng isang matapat, mahusay at nagkakaisang pamamahala,” her office said.

“Tayo po ay nagpapasalamat kay AFP COS Gen. Gilbert Gapay at kay AFP Commodore Luzviminda Camacho at sa mga pinuno, crew at piloto ng Philippine Air Force sa kanilang mahalagang partisipasyon sa makasaysayang kaganapan sa Lubang,” it added.
