Naga Mayor Nelson Legacion imposes lockdown on houses of new COVID 19 patients
This isn’t the way anybody wanted to spend Christmas day, but Naga Mayor Nelson Legacion had to do it.
In a Facebook post, Legacion said he had to place the houses of the 10 new COVID 19 patients in the city under lockdown.
He shared photos of the gates and doors of the houses where a banner was placed to indicate that it was under lockdown.
The contacts of the patients would also be traced to further contain the spread of the virus, he said.
He called on his constituents to follow health protocols to avoid being infected.
The COVID 19 threat knows no holiday!
