Let’s make the last month of 2020 meaningful, says Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman
2020 could be the worst of times, but it has also brought out the best in many of us.
It was a challenging year for sure, but Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman said we have a chance to make it meaningful during its final month.
In a Facebook post, Lagman urged his friends and of followers to make the remaining days of 2020 count.
We could show this year that we are better than all the challenges that came our way.
We could show courage, resilience, and faith, he said.
He said it didn’t matter if we faltered, doubted, or got scared.
What is important is that we keep on fighting the good fight, he added.
We can still end the year on a high note!
“Happy Sunday, Albay!
This is the final month of this pandemic year. Let’s make every single day count. Let’s show 2020 that we’re all the better because of all the challenges we faced. There were times that we were knocked down. But we always got up. That’s courage. That’s resilience. That’s faith.
2020 brought out the worst is us, true. But it also brought out the best in us as Filipinos even more. It doesn’t matter if we faltered, if we doubted, if we got scared. What matters most is that we fought on and never stopped fighting the good fights.
Let’s own all the remaining days of December! Let’s all do this together as Albayanos and, above all, as Filipinos!
,” Lagman posted.
