Palace Spokesperson Harry Roque lauded the province of Palawan and the local government of Puerto Princesa for its preparation for the reopening of the tourism industry.

Roque held a press conference yesterday at the VJR Hall, Capitol Complex together with some staff of Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO).

Also in attendance during the press briefing were Palawan Governor Jose Ch. Alvarez and Puerto Princesa City Mayor Lucilo Bayron.

Alvarez meanwhile said that other LGUs as well like El Nido and Coron are starting to reopen their respective tourism industry.
