Pakikiramay! Pagcor donates cash assistance to families of Rolly fatalities, says Albay Gov. Al Francis Bichara

Albay is mourning over the deaths of its 15 residents when typhoon Rolly hit the province.

Their families would not carry the burden alone, said Albay Gov. Al Francis Bichara.

In a Facebook post, Bichara said the families of the 15 fatalities got P30,000 cash assistance each from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.

He also expressed his condolences to the families.

He hopes the cash assistance would help ease their grief and help them cope in these trying times, he said.

He thanked Pagcor for the assistance as well.

“The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation

(PAGCOR) donated cash assistance (Php 30,000.00 each) to the 15 bereaved families affected by Super Typhoon Rolly fatalities in Albay.

The cash assistance was turned over at the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office wth Dr. Eva Grageda, OIC PSWDO.

On behalf of the Provincial Government of Albay, we would like to express our condolences to the bereaved families.

May this little kind of gesture ease your grief and help you cope in this trying times.

Thank you PAGCOR for the usual support to our fellow Albayanos.

#StayStrongAlbay,” Bichara posted.
