CamSur Gov. Villafuerte brings relief goods to Quinta-hit residents

Camarines Sur Governor Miguel Villafuerte has visited various parts of the province to distribute relief aid to those who have been affected by Typhoon Quinta.

“Went around today to distribute relief packs to the hardest-hit barangays of Typhoon Quinta,” Villafuerte said.

“This whole week will be about extending relief and assistance to affected families and also for preparation for another incoming typhoon, Rolly,” he added.

Camarines Sur was one of the provinces in Bicol Region severely hit by Typhoon Quinta recently.

“Our Bicolano resilience is again being tested by these weather disturbances in the midst of a pandemic,” said the Governor.

“Despite these challenges, let us all continue to follow government protocols, take necesarry precautions and preparations, and pray for the safety of our families and the entire province. Malalagpasan po natin itong lahat basta’t sama-sama, tulong-tulong,” he added.
