90 and still kicking! Camarines Sur Rep. Gabriel Bordado Jr. greets dad on his bday
The COVID 19 pandemic did not stop Camarines Sur Rep. Gabriel Bordado Jr. from seeing and greeting his father, who celebrated his 90th birthday.
Bordado took a photo with his tatay to mark the occasion, and shared it on Facebook.
They were standing a few feet apart and wearing masks because of the pandemic.
Bordado said his tatay was a Korean war veteran and former Philippine Constabulary officer.
And he remains as strong as ever even at 90 years old, he added.
This pandemic won’t get him down!
“MARKING ONE’S 90TH BIRTHDAY IN THE TIME OF COVID-19: Happy birthday, Tatay!!! A Korean war veteran and former Philippine Constabulary (PC) officer, Tatay is still as strong as ever–at the age of 90! May GOD be always with you,” Bordado posted.
