Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman doesn’t need imported food to have an excellent meal.

Lagman recently enjoyed a meal made from fresh blue fin and yellow fin caught in the rich waters of the Albay Gulf.

Lagman shared photos of the fresh catch on Facebook, and gave kudos to the fisherfolk and the sustainable fishing practices that enable people from Albay to enjoy the bounty from the sea.

The blue fin tuna was cooked into paksiw while the yellow fin was cooked into pecadillo.

The meal was delicious, he said.

The food was so good that he didn’t have time to take pictures, he added.
