Masarap ulam niya! Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman enjoys fresh tuna from the province’s waters
Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman doesn’t need imported food to have an excellent meal.
Lagman recently enjoyed a meal made from fresh blue fin and yellow fin caught in the rich waters of the Albay Gulf.
Lagman shared photos of the fresh catch on Facebook, and gave kudos to the fisherfolk and the sustainable fishing practices that enable people from Albay to enjoy the bounty from the sea.
The blue fin tuna was cooked into paksiw while the yellow fin was cooked into pecadillo.
The meal was delicious, he said.
The food was so good that he didn’t have time to take pictures, he added.
We’ll have to take his word for it!
Flex ko lang itong mga ‘au naturel’ pics ng blue fin tuna and yellow fin tuna fished by the palakaya peeps of mi amigo Rey Kallos. 💪🏼 Thanks sa the rich waters of the Albay Gulf and sustainable fishing, we can still continuously partake of the sea’s bounty.
Pacensya na po if pics of the chopped tuna do not look as tasty as they actually are when cooked.
Hehe
TY man tabi ta pigpabakal ini sa ko at only 200 pesos per kilo. 💪🏼,” Lagman posted.
