Naujan Mayor Mark Marcos is a supporter of the national government’s program to encourage people to plant vegetables amid the quarantine.
Marcos attended the launching of the community model farm to show his support for the Plant, Plant, Plant program, according to a post on his Facebook page.
The mayor wants the program to be successful, he said.
If more people planted veggies, Naujan won’t go hungry for sure.
Time to use that green thumb!
“PLANT PLANT PLANT–Dumalo kahapon ang Punumbayan, VM Morales at mga kasama sa launching ng Community Model Farm sa Panikian bilang pagpapakita ng suporta upang maging matagumpay ang programang ito hinggil sa pagtatanim ng mga gulay sa tulong ng Agriculural Training Institute (ATI). Ang Community Model Farm ay bahagi ng PLANT PLANT PLANT program na isinusulong ng pamahalaang nasyunal,” Marcos’ page posted.
