Ako Bicol Rep. Garbin says gov’t ensured vulnerable sector will get aid amid pandemic

Ako Bicol Rep. Alfredo Garbin said that the financial support has been granted to the vulnerable sectors affected by the enhanced community quarantine due to coronavirus disease.
