The Palawan provincial government has started its preparations to establish a recovery plan in connection with the coronavirus disease pandemic.
The province formed the Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (DANA) Team that will draft the post recovery plan of Palawan
PDRRMO and Emergency Operation Center Manager Jeremias Alili said that the team is composed of Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO), Provincial Health Office (PHO), Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPA), Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), Provincial Economic Enterprise and Development Office (PEEDO), Provincial Engineering Office (PEO) as well as non-government o rganizations Palawan Tourism Council and Palawan Chamber of Commerce, Inc.
The DANA team met last April 27 to draft the so-called “new normal” plan.
During the meeting, concerned agencies were tasked to submit data and relevant information to measure the effect of coronavirus in the province.
