Guinobatan Mayor Ann Gemma Ongjoco shares good news amid the crisis

While it is unfortunate that it a Bicolano from the town died of COVID 19, Guinobatan Mayor Ann Gemma Ongjoco said three of the patient’s close contacts tested negative for the disease.

In a Facebook post, Ongjoco said the three contacts had undergone a swab test and it found they were free of the virus.

But she said the Municipal Health Office was also investigating other possible exposures, since the patient had no history of travel.

She vowed to update her constituents about the results of the probe.
