Naga City suspends payment of tax, loans, rents during ECQ period
The Naga City government has decided to suspend the payment of taxes and loans among others during the entire period of enhanced community quarantine.
The Sangguniang Panlalawiga passed today the Ordinance no. 2020-25 which whall be deemed effective immediately upon approval.
The said ordinance provides that payment of payment of taxes, loan payments, housing amortization and rental fees due to the City Government of Naga and cash tickets on all stallholders and vendors at the Bicol Central Station (BCS) and Naga City People’s Mall shall be suspense during the entire period of the Enhanced Community Quarantine.
Bicol Region as of March 26 has no confirmed case of COVID-19.
Thirty-seven (37) PUIS in Bicol test negative for COVID-19 while 22 are awaiting results from RITM.
“Based on DILG RO V Sitrep as of March 26, 2020 (12nn), Bicol Region has 117,431 Persons Under Monitoring,” the DOH Bicol Region said.
Meanwhile, the Enhanced Community Quarantine. in the entire Luzon island will be in effect until April 13.
