Not first, but still good! Tigaon Mayor Chiqui Fuentebella proud of awards
Tigaon is not the biggest municipality, but it has been doing well enough to get recognition from the Bicol Regional Development Council.
Tigaon Mayor Chiqui Fuentebella said on Facebook that the town got a plaque of commendation from the Bicol RDC.
It was recognized as the ninth Most Competitive Municipality, It was also rated fifth in infrastructure and sixth in resiliency among the Third to Sixth Class Municipalities in the Philippines, based on the 2019 Cities and Municipalities Competitive Index.
Fuentebella congratulated her local government family and officials for the feat.
It was a job well done!
