Is this monggo worth it? Brooke’s Point Councilor Ton Abengoza wants to know
Many are resolved to eat healthy at the start of the new year, and monggo is one of the foods believed to be good for you.
But a funny photo that Brooke’s Point Councilor Ton Abengoza found and shared on Facebook might make people stay away from this.
The sack of monggo beans carried a price tag saying it cost 6.50… each!
In his post, Abengoza said monggo’s price had dropped, but only at first glance.
If it would really cost 6.50 each, imagine how much would a small bowl cost!
“Mura na ang Monggo!
(Sa biglang tingin) :-),” Abengoza posted.
