Gov. Bichara welcomes TESDA Sec. Lapeña in Albay Farmers Bounty Village

The director general of the Technical Education Skills and Development Authority (TESDA) has visited the Albay Farmers Bounty Village recently.
TESDA Director General Isidro Lapeña was welcomed by no other than Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara last December 27.
“The AFBVille Farm School is the first established farm School in the Bicol Region being managed by the Provincial Government of Albay,” the province said.
The AFBVille offers TESDA courses.
TESDA courses being offered are:
1. Organic Agriculture Production ( OAP) NCII;
2. Rice Machinery Operations (RMO) NC II
3. Farmers Field School ( FFS)
4. soon to open, a course on TRAINING METHODOLOGY (TM).
