Oriental Mindoro Gov. Bonz Dolor seeks more convenience for Oceanjet passengers
Travels on Oceanjet to and from Oriental Mindoro will now have a more convenient time at the terminal.
This was because Oriental Mindoro Gov. Bonz Dolor met with officials of the Philippine Ports Authority to relay the travelers’ concern.
Dolor, in a Facebook post, said he told the PPA that the passengers going to and from the port terminal building were exposed to the sun and rain because the walkway they were using has no roof.
The PPA officials responded to his call in less than 48 hours, and now the walkway is covered.
The governor’s request to allow pregnant women, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities to use the port terminal building 2 for their convenience, despite the building being under litigation, has also been granted, he added.
Traveling will be easier now!
Mabuhay kayo! #ItoAngGustoKo #GoBonz #GalingMindoro,” Dolor posted.
