Tallest residential condo in Bicolandia to rise in Naga City, says Mayor Bongat

The tallest residential condominium in Bicol Region will soon rise in Naga City, Mayor John Bongat said.

The mayor said the UMA Residences will be constructed along Magsaysay and will completed in two years’ time.

“BICOL’S TALLEST RESIDENTIAL CONDO TO RISE IN NAGA! Yes, along Magsaysay, a 16-storey edifice to be called UMA Residences will be completed in 24 months, according to Naga Queensland Realty Development Corp. and LYRR Chairman and President Raul Rocha,” Bongat said.

“The condominium boasts 5-star amenities, like swimming pool, gym, specialty restaurants and bars, commercial spaces at the ground floor for the convenient shopping by residents and the general public, as well as conference halls/ rooms,” he added.

Thw outgoing mayor said that once completed in April 2021, UMA will become the “most luxurious residential condo address” in Naga and Bicol.

He said that the condominium will definitely add value to Magsaysay, which is dubbed as the lifestyle, cuisine, and entertainment district of Pilgrim City of Naga.

“Just a few hundred meters away from the storied, centuries-old Peňafrancia Shrine and Ina’s new home — the Peňafrancia Basilica, and located near the Naga River where the Peňafrancia fluvial procession is held every year for more than 300 years now, and rising right at the heart of Naga’s favorite night spot, UMA Residences promises to provide Bicolanos and investors alike the opportunity of comfortable living in busy Magsaysay,” Bongat said.

“Congratulations and thank you LYRR for this pioneering investment! UMA is now the 4th condominium being constructed in the Heart of Bicol in the last 2 to 3 years,” he said.
