Albay Gov. Bichara meets with Camalig town’s officials
Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara held a forum with the local officials of Camalig town to discuss their needs.
In attendance during the forum were barangay captains from the 50 barangays Camalig as well as its mayor Ahrdail Baldo and members of the Sangguniang Bayan.
Governor Bichara, during his message, touted the infrastructure projects that are underway which include the new multi-lane diversion road which redirects traffic from the central area of Camalig greatly reducing traffic and possible accidents.
“Camalig also houses one of the most complete and advanced engineering departments in Barangay Salugan, along with the all-encompassing and unique Albay Farmer’s Bounty Village in Barangay Cabangan in the same municipality,” said the province.
Bichara also sought for proposals from the said officials to help the municipality.
“Aside from the ongoing projects, Bichara also discussed the needs of the various barangays and asked for proposals from the village chiefs to enhance and uplift the quality of life of the Camalignons,” the province said.
