Albay’s peace and order council holds 1st quarter meeting


The Albay Capitol’s peace and order council has convened for its first quarter meeting last Thursday to discuss their agenda.

Members of the council and other representatives and stakeholders were present to discuss their agenda on Local Peace and Order Situation and on Insurgency Update.

PSSUPT. Wilson C. Asueta, Provincial Director of Albay PPO, spearheaded the discussion on local peace and order situation in the province.

“He also presented the criminality and crime volume index by city/municipality, areas with most prevalent crimes in the province, comparative non-index crimes for vehicular accidents/ traffic accidents, and operational accomplishments,” the province said.

Meanwhile, Asueta likewise tackled the Accomplishment Reports for year 2018, and the POC Plans and Activities this year.

“Other matters discussed were the Resolution Proposals, and the fixed schedule of the APPOC quarterly meeting for the year 2019,” said the province.

The Albay Provincial Peace and Order Council held its meeting at the AECID Hall, APSEMO Building.
