PNP chiefs in Oriental Mindoro pay courtesy call to Gov. Umali

The Philippine National Police in Oriental Mindoro has recently paid a visit to Governor Alfonso Umali, Jr. as part of the New Year’s courtesy call.
PNP Oriental Mindoro Provincial Director Thomas Frias Jr. led the courtesy call of the chiefs of police to Governor Umali last January 15.
“Pinangunahan ni PNP Oriental Mindoro Provincial Director Thomas Frias Jr. ang New Year’s courtesy call ng mga chief of police sa lalawigan kay Gobernador Alfonso V. Umali Jr. sa tanggapan nito sa Provincial Capitol Complex Camilmil Calapan City…,” the provincial government said.
The PNP has presented to the governor its accomplishments in Oriental Mindoro for the past year.
“Kinilala naman ni Gob Umali ang mga inisyatiba ng PNP na isa sa pangunahing katuwang ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan sa pagtataguyod ng isang mapayapa at maunlad na Oriental Mindoro,” the province said.
Governor Umali gave a marching order to the police force to keep and maintain the peace and order in Oriental Mindoro.
“Partikular na inalam ng Gobernador ang kahandaan ng pulisya sa papalapit na 2019 Midterm Election na ayon sa PNP ay may mga serye na ng pagpupulong at paghahanda ukol rito,” said the province.
