526 drug surrenderees in Palawan finish their rehab program in 2018

A total of 526 Recovering Drug Surrenderees (RDS) from 29 barangays in Palawan have successfully finished their Community Enhancement and Livelihood Program or CELP last year.

The CELP is the community based rehabilitation program of the Palawan provincial government.

Citing the 2018 Accomplishment Report ng CELP, the Capitol said that the CELP was offered in eight municipalities, namely San Vicente, Brooke’s Point, Roxas, El Nido, Araceli, Kalayaan, Rizal and Cuyo.

The said program is being implemented with the help of 592 Community Care Team (CCT), composed by barangay officials, Philippine Marines, police, inter-faith organization, among others.
